Residential Installer
Universal Stones is looking for a skilled countertop installer to join our team. The Installer will use labor, skills, and accessories to install fabricated stone surfaces in kitchens, vanities, fireplaces, computer desks, bar tops, or any other parts as instructed by the Residential Project Manager. The Installer will be responsible for communicating with the homeowner before and during the installation process, and will be required to revisit sites to complete any necessary punch work. It is important that the Installer be knowledgeable in stone installation processes as drawn out by the National Stone Institute and must be able to communicate to homeowners the importance of following these processes. The Installer should take pride in their installation equipment and outgoing projects to ensure efficient operations as well as visual appeal.
Project Engineer
The Project Engineer assists the Project Executive in managing multi-family projects with project documentation, file management, cost accounting, and supervision. The Project Engineer sets deadlines and assigns responsibilities of projects. The Project Engineer also monitors and summarizes progress of projects through reports for the Project Manager and company leadership. The Project Engineer is expected to perform field measurements using laser templating equipment and create shop drawings in CAD. The Project Engineer is responsible for coordinating and supporting the on-time, in-budget, and in-scope completion of projects.
Residential Project Manager
he Residential Project Manager oversees the entire cycle of residential projects through marketing, sales, fabrication, installation, and aftercare. The RPM is responsible for receiving clients, scheduling or performing onsite measuring and templating, submitting quotations, preparing shop tickets, coordinating with fabrication and installation teams, and closing. Digitization and automation will play a large part in future fabrication processes at Universal Stones. The RPM will also be expected to perform digital templating onsite and create shop drawings in CAD. The RPM should take pride in assisting clients by guiding them through the entire process.
Machine Operator
Universal Stones is looking for a skilled SawJet Operator to use computer controlled machinery to safely and accurately perform fabrication functions. Digitization and automation will play a large part in future fabrication processes at Universal Stones. The SawJet Operator will be a vital asset to the fabrication workflow and requires candidates to have a keen eye for detail, be technically minded, and be mechanically skilled. The SawJet Operator should take pride in their fabrication equipment, overall workspace, and outgoing products, ensuring efficient operations as well as visual appeal.
Staff Accountant

Schedule: 9a-6p Monday - Friday (Potential Overtime)
Job Description
The Staff Accountant will report to the CFO and be responsible for daily bookkeeping. From sales/revenue recognition, Accounts Payable, prepare monthly AR reports, bank reconciliation, and asset management, etc. It is preferred for the applicant to have accounting experience in job costing and profitability metrics, and QuickBooks contractor bookkeeping in full cycle practice.
